Bob Hurd, employed with QRPS since 1993, is a Brown University alumnus and native of Newburgh, NY. His previous experience includes employment with Huron Pension Consulting, San Diego, CA; and Handler Consultants, Newburgh, NY.

Active with the Neuse River Golden Retriever Rescue Organization, Bob enjoys golf, jogging, reading and spending time with family.

• Manage QRPS technology to streamline operations and enhance client services
• Supervise processing staff to ensure timely and accurate administrative work
• Monitor and review the impact of compliance requirements on operational workflow
